Having completed Level 1 with the understanding of how your mind and brain work, your focus in Level 2 will be on integrating the knowledge from your mind into your body to get them working together for more powerful results.

You will continue to apply the technique you learned in Level 1 and begin to apply it viscerally, as you learn how to live from a new level of discipline and consciousness.

During the course of this 2 day workshop, Dr Joe will deliver new teachings, share case studies and examples to connect you more deeply with your body, and begin liberating the limiting thoughts, beliefs and emotions that keep you ‘stuck’ and so free up the energy for who you really want to be and what you want to create in your life.

Dr Joe will take you through a series of interactive exercises and intensive meditations that will deepen your practice and process of change, as he guides you through the process of:

• Connecting with your past, present and future
• Changing your energy
• Entering the subconscious mind
• Learning attention as a skill
• Living your future now
• Breaking emotional agreements
• Changing your biology, beliefs, perceptions and energy
